Growing up, I’m sure that you probably heard; “don’t go outside without putting on sunscreen!” And your mother slapped some heavy duty, creamy suntan lotion on your body. But you may not have noticed that many of the suntan lotions have chemicals added to them. If you want better options, why not look into natural suntan lotion?
The major advantage of natural suntan lotion is that it usually doesn’t have the extra chemicals added to it. When these chemicals are added into your skin, your skin will actually absorb them. Over time, these chemicals turn into a toxin, causing your skin to react. Not only does your skin have to fight off the sun, but it also has to fight off the lotion that is meant to protect the skin!

Many natural suntan lotions have the vitamins A, B, C, E, beta carotene, and other nutrients in them in order to help your skin as well as prevent it from being hurt by the sun. All of these particular vitamins don’t come from a produced chemical, however. Instead, it comes from natural ingredients mixed together in order to give you the best of both worlds.
Natural sun tan lotions can be found with a wide variety of herbs and plants that have been added in to help prevent the sun from ruining your skin. They are not only used as a natural sun tan lotion, but some also have extra features added to them. For instance, some natural sun tan lotions will add in things such as aromatherapy to help you relax, or some nutrients that will not only stop the sun from burning you, but also will help to moisturize your skin. Another excellent benefit of natural suntan lotion is that it is better for marine life. Why enter the ocean with chemicals and damage marine life when you can help prevent it?
If you are looking for the perfect suntan lotion, natural suntan lotions are as good as it gets. The ingredients in many natural sun tan lotions are superior in quality and will give you excellent results while helping to protect your skin.
